The camera is in a dark room with a blurred background in order to focus on the beautiful details the artist incorporated on the camera. The drawing also uses a variety of different shades in order to bring out the most important features of the camera in the drawing. This also makes the drawing more interesting to look at.

Another important feature of this drawing is emphasis on the direction of the light source and how that affects the focus of your art. In this drawing’s case, the light source was artificial. The light source was facing the camera in the drawing from above on the left side of the drawing. You can easily figure this out by looking at the reflection created on the right wall. As a result, the camera is well lit but does not have too many reflections.

The other important feature in this artwork is the textures incorporated in the drawing. For example, on the camera lens, the texture is smooth and shiny. On the other hand, the texture of the shoulder strap is more dull, rough and sharp. This is very noticeable on the book as as well.  For example, the book cover’s rough texture is a lot different from the smooth texture of the pages in the book.
